I googled a lot since yesterday and there seems to be something related to the SATA driver, however even load the SATA driver installation is not moving forward, after loading the driver it say that no new units have been detected. The problem is that the installation process stops at the beginning and said something like: "A required CD/DVD drive driver is missing. ", then he gives me the choice to load a driver.
Since I have a free license for windows 7 Professional at home, I decided to install it on my new Pavilion dv6-6c45eg that came with Windows 7 Home Premium. Windows 7 installation problem Pavilion dv6-6c45eg
